A brisk morning walk could be exactly what you need to live longer. Many of us do not have time to go for a stroll on a regular basis. However, walking may be just what you require. Especially if you’re worried about your health. Walking can increase the function of both your heart and lungs. It will also reduce your risk of stroke or heart attack. 6. Green Tea 

Green tea might be a great substitute for alcohol if you're already trying to cut back. Granted, it won't provide the same level of excitement. A hot cup of coffee in the morning is irresistible. There is no comparison, however, when it comes to the health advantages of green tea. Green tea is the most effective way to live a longer life!
